It makes our society very proud that we are able to congratulate George on his 90th birthday . He continues to be a very active member of our society and deserves praise for all he has done over the years for encouraging many of our current members to take up growing Begonias as well as having served on our committee On behalf of the all the members of the society we would like to convey all the very best to him on his 90th birthday on Friday the 22nd of January 2016.

George is still a very knowledgeable grower and continues to produce excellent exhibits for our show each year.
He continues to win Main Trophies at our show each year
